BroadSource Consulting was founded 7 years ago. Many of our internal staff have worked for some of the largest staffing firms in Houston, TX and we felt that larger firms were more money motivated and had lost the importance of Quality & Service. Our elite BroadSource team has a combined experience of more then 55+ years in Information Technology, Engineering and Accounting Staffing Services. Our client base ranges from large to small. Some of the larger companies that we currently do business with are: Shell Trading, Halliburton, and Royal Bank of Canada; which all have been very happy because they are getting a great service at a great price. On that note; we are one of the only staffing firms in Houston that grew by over 15% in 2009. As you may know, sometimes dealing with larger firms if you require a change or update to any paperwork and/or budget it usually takes TIME and you usually will get some push back. Our goal is to mirror our client’s policies, procedures and needs. We fully understand that sometimes the budget or project changes and here at BroadSource we get full accountability to make the decisions quickly. At BroadSource we believe “Service Matters” and we know our reputation is EVERYTHING!
